Every used forklift that arrives at EP’s state-of-the-art facility goes through a rigorous process:
Firstly, EP takes apart the old forklift and retains the chassis, counterweight and front axle. They preserve these for use in the truck's new life.
The team inspects these parts thoroughly to confirm their viability for remanufacturing. Since a remanufactured truck must match the reliability of a brand-new machine, this step is important.
Having passed the inspection, the team cleans, restores and paints the parts to meet operational standards.
Restored parts are reassembled with shiny, new components – all from EP’s market-proven models. Most importantly, the Li-ion battery is installed.
Once assembled, EP performs extensive testing on the new Li-ion forklift to ensure the highest standards of safety, durability and performance.
