Accessible on one centralised online platform, EP Care offers a wide variety of support options directly from the manufacturer. From technical support and affordable spare parts to warranty servicing and after-sales training, they’ve got you covered.

EP Equipment Parts

EP will provide affordable spare parts, all manufactured in-house. All EP Equipment parts are listed by serial number and product name in the EP Care System, which is easily accessible in a pinch. We also keep stock of these parts, making EP excellence even more available to our valued clients.

Quickly and easily access all of the aftersales material you need. The Document Centre houses a wealth of knowledge and information, organised by truck model for easy access. You can download and store files such as:

• Common truck and battery fault codes and corresponding solutions based on Zapi or Curtis

• Technique documents: circuit diagrams, hydraulic diagrams and technical support videos

• Aftersales materials: part manuals, operation manuals and recommended parts lists

The EP team can also support you through navigating EP Telematics sending data to your mobile or computer regarding:

• Truck location in real-time

• Reports of truck usage and diagnostics

• Li-ion battery condition analytics

• Updates on card access registration
