What are your Terms and Conditions?

How will you protect my information?
Any information you supply us with will be used only by Handling Equipment UK Ltd to progress your order with us. We will never sell your data to third parties.
Is the Handling Equipment UK website secure?
Yes, we can take secure payments online, and we do not hold your credit or debit card information. All payments are secure and your purchases are protected. For more information on how we use your personal data, please read our Privacy Statement.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
If you sign for your good(s) at delivery, you are accepting them in good condition.
Please do not sign for your goods if they are damaged.
The courier will return your order and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery varies depending on the product you have ordered. Any products kept in stock will be delivered to you within 7 days. Upon placing your order, delivery will be confirmed by our team.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We can deliver products outside of the UK. For more specific details, please contact our sales team for a tailored quote.
Are your products guaranteed?
As per our dedication to excellent quality, all of our products are covered by our 12-month warranty. Please see our Warranty page to learn more.

Do you have a showroom where I can view your products?
Yes! You are more than welcome to visit our head office in Stourbridge, where we have several items in our range available to show you.
Please note that some products are not kept in stock on-site – please contact our sales team before your visit to avoid disappointment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept BACs and card payments, including American Express.
Do you have a minimum order value charge?
Yes, we do. All orders placed under the £80 minimum order value (excluding carriage and VAT) are subject to a £10 administration charge.

Do your prices include VAT?
No, VAT costs are applicable in addition to the listed price.
Do your prices include delivery charges?
All of our products include delivery to mainland UK addresses, excluding parts of Scotland.
Additional surcharges are applicable for deliveries to private and residential addresses (non-industrial sites, including farms and equestrian establishments). Costs are available upon request.
All delivery costs exclude offloading and positioning facility. If you require offloading services, please contact our sales team for extra cost information.
